Since 2020, IDH has implemented the CAPs in various regions of Brazil, including the state of Mato Grosso, to promote long-term sustainable management and development of territories. These hubs support producers with environmental regularisation and land tenure issues, promoting better land use and social inclusion. In line with IDH Brazil’s new strategy for the cycle 2026-2030, which aims to promote a more sustainable beef value chain, the CAPs will now focus on supporting producers with the connection and access to transformative mechanisms such as credit, commercial requalification and technical assistance programs, traceability and other initiatives,
The overall objective of this ToR is to hire a Consultant to provide and manage qualified personnel to support the IDH CAPs in the implementation of its activities. The Consultant will be expected to provide and manage the CAPs’ staff in accordance with the required professional profile and expertise, as outlined below, for a period of ten (10) months. The “Consultant” will implement the CAP strategy at the municipal level in Juruena Valley Region, Barra do Garças Municipality and the Pantanal Region, in Mato Grosso statel. The analysts will assist producers in the beef value chain with connection and support to access to public policies, financial services, technical assistance and commercial opportunities.
The proposal must be submitted to Alex Schmidt at schmidt@idhtrade.org before 08/03/2026 at 18:00 (Brasília time).
